What is the best location for an inflatable?  The ideal place is a cleared, level, grassy area.  All
inflatables must be anchored down, so we must be notified if you need to set up on concrete or asphalt
so we bring the necessary equipment.  Please do not run sprinklers or mow the lawn the same day in
the setup area.
What is the best location for a water slide?  The answer is the same as for any inflatable, except
that the slide will need to be connected to your garden hose.
How do you inflate these units?  The inflatable is connected to a blower which runs continuously to
keep the unit inflated.  This blower requires a standard household outlet (110).  The electricity costs
less than 15₵ an hour.  Inflatables N More will provide an extension cord up to 100 feet.  Please test the
power source you plan to use, especially if it is an outdoor outlet, and you don’t use it often.
How much space do I need for the inflatable?  Good question!  You must allow some additional
space around the outside of the unit as the walls expand during bouncing.  For instance a 15’ x 15’
bouncer should be in a 20’ by 20’ area.  Ask what the height of your unit is to be sure it won’t come in
contact with anything but the sky.
What if I want my party at a park? No, problem! Most parks require that you have a reservation in
order to have an inflatable or other equipment set up. Please call and check with the park. Almost all
require us to furnish them with a copy of our insurance naming them as additional insured. This can be
done at no cost to you. Please allow us at least one week notice. Be sure to verify that the park has
electricity accessible to your setup area.
Can you set up an inflatable indoors?  Certainly!  As long as the room can accommodate the height
and area clearance requirements, and you can obtain any necessary permits, there won’t be a problem.
How long will it take to set up my inflatable?  It only takes about 25 minutes.
Do you require a deposit?  Yes; Your reservation is not secured until a $50 deposit is received.
Is my deposit refundable?  Yes, if you cancel your reservation more than 72 hours before your
scheduled event start time, you will receive a full refund.  A full refund will also be issued if cancellation
is due to inclement weather prior to your event setup.
What happens if it rains or it is very windy?  Inflatables N More reserves the right to cancel and
offer rescheduling of your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent.
How easy is it to operate your concession machines?  Very easy!  At time of delivery, our party
expert will explain and show you what to do, and you will receive clear, step by step, written instructions.
Our machines are very “user friendly.”
Are your inflatables safe?  Yes! They are of the highest quality vinyl, all manufactured in the USA,
comply with ASTM International Safety Standards, and are 100% lead free, unlike what is produced in
China.
What should I do if I have a problem with an item I rented?  You should call us immediately to
execute a solution and not interrupt your party!  Call (631) 608-3696 or   (516) 308-2383.
What should I do if the blower to the inflatable loses power?  In the event the blower stops
working, ensure that all riders exit the inflatable calmly.  Check the fuses and make sure the blower tube
or deflation tube has not come undone or that something has not blown onto it and is obstructing the
flow of air.  In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the main, and then
switch it back on in 2 minutes.  This should restart it.  If the blower does not start, call Inflatables N More
immediately at (631) 608-3696 or (516) 308-2383.
What should I do if it starts raining during my party?  In the event of rain, keep the unit inflated.
Remove all riders from the inflatable if it becomes wet.  The bounce houses and combos must not be
used when wet!  Vinyl is slippery when wet.  When the rain stops, dry off the inflatable before using.
What should I do if it gets very windy during my party?  In the event of winds of 20 mph or more,
immediately have all riders exit the inflatable!  Unplug the blower as soon as all persons have exited,
and this will deflate the unit.  When winds have calmed, plug in the blower to re-inflate.
